Ticket Donations

As a nonprofit organization ourselves, we understand the importance of community support and are pleased to grant ticket donation requests that align with our mission and community priorities. Because we receive a high volume of ticket donation requests each year, unfortunately we are unable to fulfill every request.

Please note that ticket donations generally cannot be provided for individual fundraising efforts, political campaigns or organizations, religious fundraising activities, for-profit organizations, or events benefiting an individual rather than a charitable organization.

Priority consideration is given to:

• Current 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations
• Organizations serving Peoria and the West Valley
• Organizations whose work supports arts and culture, education, youth and families, health, human services, and other community needs
• Requests that provide meaningful opportunities to introduce new audiences to Arizona Broadway Theatre

Please review the following guidelines before submitting your request:

• Requests must be submitted at least six (6) weeks prior to your event.
• Organizations are generally eligible to receive one ticket donation within a 12-month period.
• Ticket donations are subject to availability and may include performance and redemption restrictions.
• Submission of a request does not guarantee a donation.
• Arizona Broadway Theatre is unable to provide monetary donations through this program.
• Donations are intended to support nonprofit fundraising and community initiatives and may not be resold outside of the approved fundraising activity.
• Incomplete requests will not be considered.
• Due to the volume of requests received, Arizona Broadway Theatre may not be able to provide individual follow-up regarding requests that cannot be fulfilled.
