ARIZONA BROADWAY THEATRE TERMS & CONDITIONS

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or credits are permitted.
• You will receive a generic purchase confirmation after checkout. A detailed, event-specific reminder email with arrival times, dining information (when applicable), parking details, and all special instructions will be sent two days before your scheduled performance.
• It is the guest’s responsibility to remain opted in to Arizona Broadway Theatre emails. If you opt out, you will not receive your show reminder or important updates. Guests who previously opted out and later re-opt in will resume receiving emails going forward.
• Arizona Broadway Theatre presents multiple event types, including Dinner & Show, Performance Only, Concerts, Theatre for Young Audiences, Murder Mystery Theatre events, and other special programs. Each event type has unique arrival and timing requirements. These details will be provided in your show reminder email.
• All tickets include a reserved table. Individual seats at your reserved table are open seating and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• For Dinner & Show performances, menu options include Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Vegan selections. Meals are served as listed; substitutions or modifications are not available.
• All guests must follow Arizona Broadway Theatre policies, including arrival guidelines, seating procedures, and all instructions provided in your show reminder email.
