The Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day support for the Marketing Department by executing marketing initiatives, coordinating advertising placements, maintaining marketing materials and assets, and assisting with promotional campaigns. This position works collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and other departments to ensure consistent branding and timely communication with guests.

Marketing Coordinator

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day support for the Marketing Department by executing marketing initiatives, coordinating advertising placements, maintaining marketing materials and assets, and assisting with promotional campaigns. This position works collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and other departments to ensure consistent branding and timely communication with guests.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Place print, digital, and other advertising as directed by the Marketing Manager.
  • Coordinate advertising schedules and verify deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Team to execute campaigns  and promotions.
  • Coordinate production of marketing materials, including flyers, posters, programs,  signage, and promotional pieces.
  • Assist with maintaining marketing calendars, project timelines, and production schedules.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, printers, media vendors, and other outside partners.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and maintain distribution lists.
  • Help organize promotional events, media appearances, and community outreach  activities.
  • Track advertising invoices and maintain marketing files and records.
  • Coordinate distribution of promotional materials throughout the theatre and community.
  • Work collaboratively with Box Office, Food & Beverage, Development, Group     Sales, and Production to ensure accurate and timely communication of     promotions and events.
  • Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced     environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Two or more years of marketing, advertising, communications, or administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, social media platforms, and basic website content management.

Hours may vary. Some evenings & weekend may be required. This is not a remote position.
